Hall sensors are robust and inexpensive, magnetic encoders cope with dust, oil and vibration, optical encoders give the highest accuracy. We choose by your environment and your accuracy target.

We measure the feedback chain on real hardware before we tune the control. A datasheet error stays invisible until the drive misbehaves.

Where it couples

sensing sits between the motor and the control: it enables or limits the commutation scheme and sees every imperfection of the gearbox.
