Because the engineering happens in-house, our partners quote against complete specifications — toleranced drawings, materials, test criteria. Quotes become comparable by construction, and the part that arrives is the part you priced. Lead time and minimum quantity depend on the part, the process and your volume — you get both with the quote, not after it.

Samples run through a structured approval: dimensional report against the drawing, material certificates, function where it matters. What is negotiated at sampling does not surprise you in series.

Inspections and audits happen at the supplier, with agreed measurement protocols — and complete drives are end-of-line tested before they ship. Problems are caught at the line, not at your incoming inspection with six weeks of stock on the water.

Delivered DDP — duties paid
As a rule we deliver DDP: transport, export and import clearance and the duties are handled and priced in, so the figure you agree is the figure at your dock — no customs paperwork, no surprise charges on your side. Buffer stock is sized to real lead times, and a delay is our problem to solve, not yours to discover.
